The Analytics page (in the sidebar, or on a phone via Settings → Analytics) turns your follow-ups into a few honest numbers. Everything here is real counts from your own account — nothing invented, nothing estimated.
The tiles up top
- Sent — how many texts and emails went out in the period.
- Replies — how many customers wrote back.
- Reply rate — replies as a share of sends. This is the number to watch: it tells you whether your messages are landing.
- iMessage share — how many of your texts went out blue-bubble (iMessage) versus standard SMS.
Pick your window
Use the 7 / 30 / 90 day toggle to change the period. The daily chart below fills in so you can see momentum — a good week of follow-ups shows up as taller bars.
By channel
Below the chart, the same activity is broken out per channel — text, email, and iMessage — with the out/in counts for each. If one channel is quiet, that's usually a sign to connect it (see Connect your email or How texting works).
What "good" looks like. There's no universal target — watch your own reply rate over time. If it climbs after you
teach Adapix more about your business, that's the flywheel working. First-touch messages that name the real job and price reply far better than generic ones.
Small numbers early on. With a handful of contacts, one reply swings the percentages a lot. The tiles get steadier as you import more customers (
