How texting works

nothing to set up

Texting works out of the box — no setup on your end. Behind the scenes Adapix picks the best route for each message:

Which way did it go? Every text shows a small chip in the conversation view — iMessage (blue) or TEXT — so you always know how it reached them.

Every text supports STOP to opt out (honored automatically, can't be overridden) and HELP for help. Details: SMS program & opt-in.

Write a one-off message

SMS & Email → Write a message lets you send something outside the normal follow-up sequence — a quick text or email to any contact, or a new person by just entering their number/address.

The To box is a search. Start typing a name and pick the contact — their number (or email, on the Email tab) fills in, and Adapix immediately drafts a personal starter message for you from what it remembers about them: their job, their quote, and anything they've mentioned in past conversations. It's just a head start — edit every word or delete it and write your own before anything sends.

Same thing on Calls. Queue a call works the same way: search the contact, and a suggested call goal appears pre-filled from what Adapix knows about them. Edit it or pick one of the preset goals instead.
