Teach Adapix your business

~10 minutes, once

Open the Database tab. This is one screen showing everything Adapix knows about your business — and everything on it is editable. Changes take effect on the very next message.

What to fill in

The golden rule: Adapix only says what you taught it. Untaught questions get flagged to you with the full conversation attached — it never bluffs.
Pronunciation: if your business or product name isn't obvious to say out loud, add a phonetic spelling in Business Profile → Pronunciation. Adapix's calls (and only calls, where it matters) will say it the way you spelled it.

The shortcut: let Adapix read your website

In Settings → Business profile, paste your website address and press Read my website. Adapix reads your homepage and key pages (about, services, pricing, contact) and pulls out your business name, phone, hours, services with prices, and common questions — only facts that actually appear on the site, never guesses.

Nothing saves automatically: a yellow reminder appears on your Home screen until you've reviewed what it found and pressed Add this to my business info. Applying only fills blanks and adds new items — anything you've already taught stays exactly as you wrote it, and everything remains editable in the Database tab.

Every channel, same knowledge

Everything in the Database tab — your description, services, pricing, and Q&A — feeds texts, emails, and calls. If a customer asks about pricing on the phone, Adapix answers from the same facts it uses in a text. Nothing is exclusive to one channel.
